My Story
I spent more than 20 years in the real food industry as a caterer and retired in 2015. In that time I experienced countless celebrations with clients of all walks of life and learned a lot about food, food presentation and quality control. In 2021, my husband James and I started Two Perspectives Studio, an art and photography studio. We spent the first full year making all types of artwork and selling online, at craft fairs and in some retail stores as well. Selling art in general is a not easy. The term "Starving artist" exists for a reason! Our art studio has evolved quite a bit over the past almost four years now, and has transitioned into something I have always been passionate about...food! Making "faux" foods that are realistic enough to fool the naked eye has become a rewarding, interesting and never boring endeavor as well as a late in life career.
